Banapple bread...clever huh? I had a craving for banana bread last night, but decided to spice it up a little with adding a couple of apples, I wanted to add in walnuts but didnt have any in the house (bummer). I remember living in Bakersfield when I was in grade school and my neighbor Norma would bake the best banana bread that I could smell from my window, and being the chubby kid I was I would run right over and she'd spoiled me with all her home made baking. You can imagine how totally bummed I was when my parents decided it was time for us to move. So this this loaf is in honor of my old neighbor Norma :)
ps. I still cant get over how easy it is to bake banana bread.
