Depending on how much glitter you want I would recommend doing 2-3 coats. I wanted a full glitter look (meaning I didn't want to see the blue at all through the glitter) so I did 3 coats.
With the extra mixed glitter I decided to do the tips of some thrifted red flats, cute ehh? Ive been seeing a lot of different bloggers making super cute things mixing mod podge and glitter, so I obviously had to try it out myself (duh).
