if you cant handle the heat...

made quinoa for my first time. I know, I know, you might be thinking who hasnt made this right? well, I have never made it until last night when I decided I was going to attempt to cook it. Turns out you basically cook it like couscous (who knew), only I substituted the water for chicken broth (delicious!) added some chicken, bell peppers, onions and garlic cloves and called it a night. Super easy and filled with flavor. First attempt at quinoa = SUCCESS!
