roll tacos does a body good.

You can use beef or chicken (we used both!) grab a bunch of corn tortillas, heat them over the stove that way they are flexible. Stuff tortilla with meat and gently roll them up, pin down with a toothpick (you gotta work fast so they dont get cold and break) heat up a pan of oil, get it nice and hot. Place your rolled up tortillas in oil and leave roughly around 5-7 min on both sides (or until crispy brown). Our little batch made over a dozen tacos. Grab all your fixings you love and top them off! Totally satisfied my craving! Muy delicioso.
