Corn is my absolute favorite...yellow corn, white corn, sweet corn, baby corn, any type of corn! I also love tajin seasoning...so obviously I had to combine the two! SCRUMPTIOUS! This afternoon the bestie and I went to this amazing antique fair that happens every first sunday of each month for the entire summer in Alameda.
You bet your buns I got me some corn on the cob there too!
I think I may have a problem....
